Will you have to drill my lock?
Drilling is a last resort, used when the lock is genuinely pick-resistant, damaged, or jammed beyond non-destructive opening. A trained locksmith can open the majority of standard domestic locks without drilling. We will tell you upfront if drilling is the only option and why.
What identification do I need to provide?
We will ask for proof of identity and, for a property you do not own, evidence of your right to access — a tenancy agreement or similar. This is standard practice to ensure we are not assisting unauthorised entry.
