Rat and Mouse Treatment in Norwich
Rodent treatment is not a one-visit job. A standard domestic rat or mouse infestation requires two to three treatment visits spaced approximately 7 to 10 days apart to confirm bait uptake and deal with the full population. The first visit includes inspection, identification of entry routes and bait station placement. Follow-up visits check and replenish bait and assess progress. Proofing — sealing entry points — is the single most effective long-term measure and we provide detailed written advice.

Rat and Mouse Treatment — questions answered
How many visits does rodent treatment take?
A typical domestic infestation requires two to three visits over two to four weeks. Severe or ongoing infestations with multiple access routes can take longer. We do not quote a fixed number of visits upfront if the severity is unknown — we assess on the first visit and give a clear expectation at that point.
Is rodent bait safe for children and pets?
Rodenticide bait is placed in tamper-resistant stations that prevent access by children, pets and non-target animals. We brief you on the locations of all stations on the first visit and collect any unused bait when the treatment is complete. Never handle bait stations yourself — contact us if you have any concerns during the treatment course.
