Commercial Pest Prevention Contract in Norwich
Businesses with food handling, food storage or multiple occupancy obligations benefit from a scheduled pest prevention contract. We agree a visit frequency appropriate to the premises and risk level, maintain written records for environmental health compliance, and respond to reactive issues between scheduled visits. Pricing is agreed on a per-property basis after a survey — the estimator is not the right tool for contract pricing.

Commercial Pest Prevention Contract — questions answered
Does my food business legally need a pest control contract?
There is no specific legal requirement to hold a commercial pest contract, but food businesses are required under Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 to maintain appropriate pest control measures and records. Environmental health officers expect to see evidence of pest management during routine inspections, and a documented contract is the clearest way to demonstrate compliance.
Can I use the estimator to price a commercial contract?
No. Commercial contracts are priced after a survey based on the premises size, risk level and visit frequency required. Contact us directly to arrange a site survey and a written quotation.
