Drain Repair and No-Dig Relining in Exeter
Where a CCTV survey reveals structural damage — a displaced joint, a localised crack, root ingress or a collapsed pitch-fibre section — a no-dig patch or full pipe liner avoids the cost and disruption of excavation. We quote fixed-price repairs after a CCTV survey confirms the defect location and extent. Open-cut excavation is available where the structural damage is beyond what relining can address.

Drain Repair and No-Dig Relining — FAQs
What is no-dig drain repair and when is it suitable?
No-dig or 'cured-in-place' lining installs a resin-saturated liner inside the existing pipe, which is then inflated and cured to create a new pipe within the old one. It avoids excavating the ground above the drain and is suitable for localised cracks, displaced joints and root entry points. It is not suitable where the pipe has completely collapsed or where the bore is too small for the liner to fit.
How long does a patch liner last?
A correctly installed resin patch liner typically carries a manufacturer's guarantee of 25 to 50 years. Full pipe liners have a similar expected lifespan. In practice, a lined pipe in a stable soil condition should outlast the host pipe. We confirm the specific guarantee from the liner manufacturer on every repair.
